This legal notice applies to all activities and operations conducted by Monica's After School Program ("the Program"). By enrolling your child in the Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Liability

Monica's After School Program and its owner, Monica, strive to provide a safe and nurturing environment for all children. However, the Program is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or other incidents that may occur during the course of the Program. Parents and guardians agree to release and hold harmless Monica's After School Program and Monica from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to the Program.

2. Medical Authorization

In the event of a medical emergency, Monica's After School Program will make every reasonable effort to contact the parent or guardian. If contact cannot be made, the Program is authorized to seek and administer medical care for the child as deemed necessary. Parents and guardians agree to assume full financial responsibility for any medical treatment provided.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

All payments for the Program are due according to the schedule provided at the time of enrollment. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of the child's participation in the Program. Refunds are issued at the discretion of the Program owner and may be subject to administrative fees.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

Monica's After School Program respects the privacy of all participants and their families. Personal information collected during the enrollment process will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of managing the Program. The Program will not share personal information with third parties without the consent of the parent or guardian, except as required by law.

5. Code of Conduct

All participants in Monica's After School Program are expected to adhere to the Program's code of conduct, which includes respecting others, following instructions, and participating in activities in a safe and responsible manner. The Program reserves the right to terminate a child's participation if the code of conduct is violated.

6. Modifications to the Program

Monica's After School Program reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the Program, including but not limited to activities, schedules, and fees, at any time and without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to parents and guardians in a timely manner.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to the Program shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in the state of Texas. The parties agree to waive their right to a trial by jury in any legal proceeding related to this Legal Notice.

8. Governing Law

This Legal Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
